We understand that plans may change. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the check-in date will receive a full refund. For cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in, a charge equivalent to one night’s stay will apply.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment. Please note, any third-party transaction fees associated with the booking are non-refundable.
Special offers, promotional rates, or discounted bookings may be classified as non-refundable. These reservations cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances. We recommend reviewing all booking terms carefully before confirmation.
